Rosen Family Foundation. The interview covered the mission and future plans for the Jonathan D. The Jonathan D. Rosen Family Foundation’s mission is “To empower children and adults across both the social and economic spectrums with the knowledge and skills essential for successful financial decision making. The Foundation’s focus is to facilitate the delivery of education and resources that will provide an opportunity for personal financial flexibility to those who would otherwise be unable to achieve it.”
According to Rosen “If you look at the results of some of those classes [like home economics], they are highly impactful… If you look at some of the students out there, they will tell you that some of the most valuable skills they learned, they learned in classes such as independent living…. To the extent we can bolt on to other people’s great solutions and hard work, I [would like] to do that and fill the gaps.”.
